At ToolsContainer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our paid plans.

1. Free Tier

Our free tier requires no payment and is not eligible for refunds. You can use all 58+ tools with daily usage limits at no cost.

2. Pro Monthly & Pro Yearly Subscriptions

All Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.

If you continue past the trial and are charged, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. After 14 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Monthly plan: Refund available within 14 days of the first charge. No refunds for subsequent renewal payments.
  • Yearly plan: Refund available within 14 days of purchase. No partial refunds after 14 days.

3. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@toolscontainer.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
  2. Or use our Contact Us page to submit a refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free tier once the billing period ends.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Repeated refund requests intended to exploit the policy.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
