ToolsContainer respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on ToolsContainer infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make a good faith effort to notify the user who posted the content so they may make a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was issued in error.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

5. Repeat Infringers

ToolsContainer will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Good Faith

Please note that misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Consider consulting an attorney before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright.
